Visit ECU to participate in interactive STEM workshops, meet current students and find out what its like to study at ECU.

WAFDC is partnering with ECU for this event, which gives Deaf and hard of hearing students the chance to experience a day at university. While the event is hosted by ECU, WAFDC staff will be attending to support students and help ensure accessibility.
Head to our Joondalup campus for a day of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM), for Deaf and Hard of Hearing teenagers in high school. Auslan interpreters will be provided for the event. Please let us know if you have any other accessibility or communication requirements.
Teachers, please book the appropriate amount of tickets for the number of students you are bringing on the day.
Thanks to grants from Inspiring Australia and National Science Week, this event is free for all Deaf and Hard of Hearing teenagers to attend, although places are limited. We can support with some bus subsidies, contact us to arrange.
