WA Black Business Leadership Conference

August is #NationalBlackBusinessMonth, created in 2004 by historian John William Templeton and engineer Frederick E. Jordan Sr. to bring attention to the needs of more than two million Black-owned businesses operating across America.

The Rudd’s R. U. B. B. Initiative (RRI) is an exciting, precedent-setting new initiative to financially empower Black-Owned business that is a collaboration between the iconic Ezell’s Famous Chicken and Door Dash, a Charter Partner in the Initiative. 

R. U. B. B. will offer financial grants to local greater Puget Sound area Black-owned businesses and Black business-serving organizations to directly fund their growth, operations and success.

Invitations will also be extended to select other companies that will have the opportunity to contribute to the RRI as a recognized Community Partner in Prosperity.
