Every Friday in the summer the Capitol Riverfront puts together a free live concert. So come bring a blanket and enjoy live music. Band goes on at 7 pm and is Irish latin Rock but I'm getting there at 6 pm to get a good spot on the lawn. Bring your own food/drinks but reminder that they don't allow booze and want you to buy it there so be discreet about it if you do try and bring. I'll post an update when we arrive there with our location. Use GPS for now. This is a 5 minute walk from the Navy Yard metro.
