VÆGTLØS
The Aalborg quartet Vægtløs was originally formed with the sole purpose of being a support band for a single evening for Wiegedood at 1000Fryd in 2018. Since then, things have evolved and in 2022 the band decided they wanted to be a real band.
Releasing four singles between 2022 and 2024 as a precursor to the debut album 'Aftryk' (2024), released on 46 different record labels around the world (a world record), the record was proclaimed the Danish metal album of the year that year by several prominent music media. The releasing of 'Aftryk' led to support shows for the likes of Deafheaven, Imperial Triumphant, Vi som älskade varandra så mycket, and Nothing, and a spot at the biggest music festival in Denmark, Roskilde Festival.
This show will be special as the band will present new material. It is also the day after singer Troels turns 40, so maybe they got a few surprises up their sleeve.
PURE TRAUMA
Pure Trauma er et hardcore-band fra Aalborg, der blev dannet i 2023.
Selvom bandet er forholdsvis nyt, består medlemmerne af garvede aktører fra den danske hardcore- og metalscene med rødder tilbage til midten af 1990’erne—både fra København og Aalborg.
Pure Trauma har fungeret som support på store koncerter, blandt andet for Agnostic Front, Downset og Eyes.
Bandet udgav deres debut-EP Trust No One tidligere på året.
BEACHPREY
Beachprey er en trio fra Aalborg der spiller potent alternativ rock med rødder og inspiration fra noise, garage, post-punk, grunge og progressiv rock. De spiller med en ustoppelig energi og uforudsigelighed og er ikke bange for at indtage scenen på deres egne skøre og flabede præmisser, hvilket understreger, at Beachprey først og fremmest er et liveband. Det eneste man for alvor kan være sikker på, når Beachprey skruer op for forstærkerne er, at det bliver skramlet, støjet og højt.
