YOU’RE INVITED! Veterans United AZ is so excited to present to you and invite you to join us at Veterans United Arizona’s 2nd annual Pow Wow in Lake Havasu City, AZ on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday December 8th! A’Ho Join the Navajo, Walapai Nations and Veterans United Az as we celebrate Honoring Native American Royalty of all nations within a nation!
Fun to be had:
Fry bread competitions with prizes! Bead work competitions with prizes! Full regalia, jingle dancers, bird singers and hoop dancing - tons of entertainment! Come prepared to be amazed by all of our competitors and let us know if you’d like to participate. Santa Clause will also be making an appearance! We are very family-oriented and will have something for the whole family to do!
TO APPLY FOR A VENDOR SPACE:
Please note - All vendor applications and payments are due by End of Day on Wednesday, 11/27/24.** You may pick up and complete your application and submit it with your payment to one of the awesome team members at SHUTEYE HOME AND MATTRESS near Big Lots. The address is 1799 Kiowa Ave Ste 105, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
Vendor space pricing is as follows:
-Regular 10x10 Merchandiser spaces: $150
-Regular 10x20 Merchandiser spaces: $300
-Food Vendor spaces: $300
Admission and Parking:
VIP parking passes are $20 and include both days. VIP parking passes are limited so contact me to get yours now or pick yours up at Shuteye Home and Mattress. General admission tickets are $10 per person, per day. Age 15 and Under get in free with an adult.
Lodging Accommodations may be made through Host Hotel Sway and Travel Lodge, LHC or you may contact the LHC State Park to make RV reservations.
AND OF COURSE, WE ARE ALWAYS ACCEPTING DONATIONS THAT GO TOWARDS HELPING OUR LOCAL VETERANS AND COMMUNITY AS WELL AS SPONSORS WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP!
