Balandžio 13 d. 18 val. kviečiame dalyvauti VU SA MIF ataskaitinėje-rinkiminėje konferencijoje, kurios metu bus renkami atstovai (-ės) į VU MIF bei VU SA organus! Konferencija vyks Naugarduko g. 24, 101 auditorijoje.

Konferencijoje dalyvauti ir balsuoti gali visi VU MIF studentai (-ės). Ataskaitinės-rinkiminės konferencijos metu bus pristatyta ir tvirtinama VU SA MIF 2025–2026 m. m. veiklos ataskaita ir renkami:
• VU SA MIF pirmininkas (-ė);
• VU SA MIF Taryba (atstovų skaičių numato Konferencija ir pirmininkas ex officio);
• 4 atstovai į VU MIF Tarybą (3 atstovai ir pirmininkas ex officio);
• 1 atstovas į VU MIF Priėmimo-atestacijos komisiją;
• 2 atstovai į VU MIF Akademinės etikos komisiją;
• 3 atstovai į VU MIF Ginčų nagrinėjimo komisiją;
• 1 atstovas į VU MIF Studijų kolegiją;
• 2 atstovai į VU SA Parlamentą (pirmininkas ex officio);
• 10 delegatų į VU SA ataskaitinę-rinkiminę konferenciją.

Kiekvienas VU MIF studentas gali pretenduoti į aukščiau išvardytas atstovų pareigas.
Asmenys, norintys kandidatuoti į VU SA MIF pirmininko (-ės) poziciją, VU MIF Tarybą, VU SA MIF Tarybą, VU SA Parlamentą turi atsiųsti motyvacinį laišką (kandidatuojant į pirmininko poziciją taip pat reikalingas gyvenimo aprašymas (CV)) el. paštu [email protected] iki balandžio 6 d. 8:00 val. Kandidatūros į šiuos postus bus skelbiamos renginio diskusijos skiltyje ir puslapyje mif.vusa.lt.

On April 13 at 6:00 p.m., we invite you to attend the VU SR FMI Annual Report and Election Conference, during which representatives will be elected to the VU MIF and VU SR bodies! The conference will take place at Naugarduko St. 24, in Auditorium 101.

All VU FMI students are eligible to attend and vote at the conference. During the reporting and election conference, the VU SR FMI activity report for the 2025–2026 academic year will be presented and approved, and the following positions will be elected:
• VU SR FMI Chairperson;
• The VU SR FMI Council (the number of representatives is determined by the Conference and the Chairperson ex officio);
• 4 representatives to the VU FMI Council (3 representatives and the Chairperson ex officio);
• 1 representative to the VU FMI Admissions and Certification Committee;
• 2 representatives to the VU FMI Academic Ethics Committee;
• 3 representatives to the VU FMI Dispute Resolution Committee;
• 1 representative to the VU FMI Studies Council;
• 2 representatives to the VU SR Parliament (the Chairperson serves ex officio);
• 10 delegates to the VU SR Reporting and Election Conference.

Every VU FMI student is eligible to run for the representative positions listed above.
Individuals wishing to run for the position of VU SR FMI Chairperson, the VUFMI Council, the VU SR FMI Council, or the VU SR Parliament must submit a letter of motivation (candidates for the position of Chairperson must also submit a resume (CV)) by email to [email protected] by 8:00 AM on April 6th. Candidacies for these positions will be announced in the event’s discussion section and on the website mif.vusa.lt.
A preliminary agenda will be published on April 6th.
