🎉 Nocturn Carnival — A Pixelated Nights Event by VTuber Con Central 🎉
Nocturn Carnival is here to start off your OffKai Expo weekend! Hosted by VTuber Con Central (VTCC) alongside our main sponsor Stellar Verse Productions, this 18+ party is your chance to watch an incredible night of performances from other VTubers; both independent and groups alike! Hosted at the Guildhouse right across the street from the convention hall, Nocturn Carnival will be going on all night long! Join us as the best precursor to OffKai Expo Gen 5!

🎤 Talent Showcase — Featuring a huge roster of performances, both Live and virtual by VTubers of all sizes!

👗 Dress Code: Convention Casual — We love to see cosplays, VTuber merch, or outfits in a gothic or carnival theme!
🎶 Stay after performances are done! — We arn't just stopping at the end of the performances, as long as time permits we plan on continuing throughout the night with additional performances late until at most1am!*
🎰Our Signature Oshishine Cards! — All tickets come with a chance to get one of many different Character Cards that we give out at all of our events! And you may even get lucky and end up with one of the few exclusive card styles that night!

🎟️ First-come, first-served — Space is limited, so come early to get a good spot
🔁Late Entry & Re-Entry allowed! — Late to the party? Need to drop things off at your hotel? Double booked? Don't worry! Stop by any time and as long as you check out at the front with a stamp you can come back later that night!
