Join us for the opening concert of VSMF’s 30th anniversary season, featuring the 2025 Banff International String Quartet Competition First Prize winners, the Poiesis Quartet. Lauded for their “palpable chemistry and remarkable warmth” (San Francisco Classical Voice), Poiesis has a focus on expanding the string quartet repertoire with vibrant new works by emerging composers.
This concert features music by Lasagna, Shawler, Scott, Lanzilotti, Queen Lili’uokalani (arr. Padilla), and Beethoven.

Students: Free (limited quantity), then $15
