I previously posted ( in this group), requesting expressions of interest for some men wishing to walk most mornings, ( sea days only) possibly followed by a coffee & a chat, the reason being my hubby having had a small TIA ( stroke), has found this is the best physical & social therapy for himself. Please pm me if you have any queries, but we have set up the original meeting place to be at the Cafe Promenade @ 8.00 am on Wednesday 15 th. After that meeting places, date & times will can be discussed amongst the group. I’ll be there on the first morning to get things started. My hubby, John, will be weary his Dolphins cap.
