Voodoo Galaxy - a Benefit Fundraiser for Belle Reve

Belle Reve New Orleans welcomes you on Friday, January 23rd to our annual carnival event, the 2026 theme - "Voodoo Galaxy".

On the night before the Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus parade, please join us as we raise funds for the Belle Reve Center and our mission of providing LGBTQ-affirming, affordable housing and services for seniors in Orleans Parish. This year's event promises to be another one to remember, and it's early in the carnival season to get the revelry started.

The evening will be filled with music and dancing, live entertainment and LOTS OF LAUGHTER guaranteed! Costumes are highly encouraged but not required... think Marie Laveux, martians, voodoo dolls, NASA, the solar system, Moonraker, Space Odyssey, or your favorite Star Wars character ... it's Carnival, ya'll, so let's get creative and have fun with it!

Plus, a silent/live auction with fantastic items including a 3-night beach getaway, jazz cruise aboard the Natchez, jewelry, artwork, hotel/restaurant gift certificates and more!

All entertainment, heavy hors d'oeuvres and sweets, plus open bar included. Valid 21+ Valid ID required for entry.
