Join Volusia County Economic Development for the “Q” Breakfast for an economic update on the progress and projections for Volusia County.
The featured speaker is Sean Snaith, Ph.D., the director of the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Economic Forecasting and a nationally recognized economist in the field of business and economic forecasting.
Lou Paris, director of the Volusia County Division of Economic Development, will present the county’s second quarter 2026 economic data, which includes new residential and commercial construction permit activity, redevelopment permit activity, and municipal and county labor statistics and provide a 10-year overview of Volusia County's economy including population & housing trends, business formations, GDP, export activity, and employment growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to interact with elected officials, community partners, and stakeholders, and to learn more about the state of Volusia County's economy.
