Premiere Volunteer Details

Your support will help ensure the evening runs smoothly and creates a welcoming experience for all guests.

Volunteer Roles

• Guest Check-In & Registration: Welcome guests, verify names, distribute tickets or wristbands, and answer basic questions.
• Ushers: Guide guests to seating, help with directions, and assist with theater entry.
• Red Carpet Team: Help organize guest arrivals, manage the red-carpet area, and direct guests for photographs.
• VIP & Special Guest Support: Welcome VIPs, provide directions, and assist with their seating and event needs.
• Crowd & Line Management: Keep entrances, exits, and waiting areas organized and moving efficiently.
• Event Support: Assist with programs, promotional materials, giveaways, and general event needs.
• Media/Photography Assistance: Help direct photographers, interview guests, and maintain an organized media area.
• Cleanup & Closing: Help collect materials, tidy event areas, and ensure everything is returned or secured after the premiere.
• Talent Management: Manage talents meet and greets, keep them on schedule where they're to be during the even, escort them to assigned seating, etc.

Volunteer Expectations

• Arrive 30–60 minutes before your assigned shift.
• Wear appropriate, neat, and comfortable attire.
• Be friendly, professional, and respectful toward every guest.
• Remain at your assigned station unless relieved by a coordinator.
• Follow instructions from the event coordinator and venue staff.
• Keep guest, VIP, and event information confidential.
• Contact the volunteer coordinator immediately if an issue or emergency occurs.
