Join us for a relaxed Volunteering Information Session where you can meet friendly local volunteers, hear about flexible and low‑pressure roles, and get clear advice and clear steps on how to get involved in your community.
There’s no commitment and no pressure - just a warm welcome, a cuppa, and space to explore what might suit you.
What to expect:
• Friendly advice and simple steps into volunteering
• Real stories from people your age who volunteer locally
• Flexible, local roles - from one‑off events to regular activities
• Coffee, cake and a free hand massage
• A chance to meet new people and try something new
