Come enjoy a morning at GHHS, helping them to complete their mission to further the humane care and treatment of animals here in Huntsville! They can really use our help to keep their grounds maintenance up to snuff! We will be helping them with power washing, pallet removal, and other requests to give the pets a safe and comfortable temporary home.What to bring: work gloves, close toed shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
Optional: If you have a pressure washer or truck you are willing to use for the morning to help get the work done efficiently, it's appreciated but not required.
Please note this is a group volunteering session - due to insurance limitations, there will be no hands-on animal interaction during this event.
Also for insurance purposes, we must provide a list of volunteers by June 17. If you plan to attend, please mark yourself as going and comment your age. If you'd be more comfortable submitting your age via email, please do so at [email protected]
