On the 7th of July, we will be hosting a Volunteer Recruitment event at our Lakeside terminus from 12-4pm. This will be the perfect opportunity for those interested in joining us to speak to some of our volunteers and have a glimpse behind the scenes of what we do. This includes how we operate the trams and a look in our Lakeside depot – there is more to operating a tramway than most people think!
There is no need to make a reservation or any criteria to meet beforehand. As usual, all you need is a smile and a desire to learn something new.
Whatever your background is, everyone is welcome here at Heaton Park Tramway and we look forward to hopefully seeing you at our event!
