Volunteer Police Officer Recruitment Event

Special Constables are voluntary, part-time or full-time police officers who play a vital role in keeping our communities safe.

As a fully trained Special Constable, you will have full police powers, wear a police uniform, and work alongside regular officers and police staff.

At this in-person event, you will gain insights into what it takes to become a volunteer police officer. You will hear from various departments and current Special Constables about the role.

This is a great opportunity to explore the role and determine if it’s something you might be interested in.
