Hands & Hearts for Horses invites you to our Monthly Volunteer Orientation & Training!These sessions are for new volunteers as well as returning volunteers who want to refresh their skills or stay up to date.
Training may include:
Safety protocols for working with riders and horses
Roles and responsibilities of leaders, sidewalkers and support volunteers
Lesson procedures and strategies to best support our riders
Horse care basics and barn safety
Program updates, new initiatives and team best practices
Whether you’re just getting started or have been with us for years, these trainings are a great way to connect, learn, and strengthen our team.
No prior experience necessary, we will train you!
