Texoma Homeschool Association is hosting a packing date at Feed My Starving Children in Richardson and we'll then go to an area park or alternate location if the weather is bad.Last time we had a BLAST and participated in packing over 2000 meals for starving people around the world. We have reserved 80 spots and hope we can get as many N. Texas homeschoolers to participate as possible!!!

We will start our day at Feed My Starving Children in Richardson where we'll make a huge impact packing food for those who are truly starving in this world. Children must be over the age of 5 to participate in packing. If there is enough interest from families with little ones, we could look into taking volunteers who could keep all of the little ones elsewhere while the rest of the group packs food. You MUST RSVP for this event with the total number who will be in attendance so that we can ensure FMSC has enough slots for us.
Our packing time starts at 11:30, but we'll try to get to the area as close to 11 as possible, so we don't miss our window.
After we're done packing (around 1:30) families can choose to grab lunch or head straight to the park to eat a lunch they packed. We'll send more details as the time approaches about which park we'll meet at (likely one in McKinney or Allen) and the alternate plan if the weather is bad. We'll also send along details if there is a place where the majority will be grabbing lunch and whether there will be any sort of caravan departure from the Texoma region.
