About this Event
Volunteers are needed to help with the Nassau County Household Hazardous Waste Collection - Saturday, October 15, between 7:30am – 12:30pm. 86200 Gene Lasserre Blvd., Yulee, FL 32097.
Arrive no later than 7:30am to help with event set up and to attend the volunteer kickoff meeting at 7:45am.
You will be assisting residents as they drop off materials – activities include directing traffic, unloading vehicles, sorting materials, verifying residency. Wear clothing suitable for being outdoors and standing or walking. KNB will provide reusable and disposable gloves, safety vests, and light snacks. Bring your reusable water bottle. Shifts are available.
