I need as many volunteers as I can get for this event! Tuesday- Band of Brothers will be assisting with parking all the attendees and initial set up. Wear your jerseys and come hydrated! Please be there by 1030 to get staged for the arrival of the wall.
Wednesday- White glove installation of the wall panels. + general set up
Thursday- Mass Color Guard please view other event post to let us know you'll be there. Arrive no later than 0930 with Jerseys, pants, and shoes looking sharp.

Other volunteer duties for event:
Volunteer duty coverage starts at The Wall on Wednesday at 2 pm and runs 24 hours through Sunday at 2:00 pm. (As the Wall is not officially open till Thursday staffing for preopening daytime shifts, Wednesday, can be 6 people per shift.)
Volunteer assignments may include:
▪ Standing at several points along The Wall That Heals for public assistance and welcoming all visitors.
▪ Monitoring flow of people and directing them around the exhibits on display in the Education Center trailer.
▪ Assisting visitors in locating names on The Wall That Heals using The Wall app, Ipad or Directory of Names books provided by VVMF located in the tent.
