Ok folks it's that time of year again when we gather our gear and volunteer to scare! We spend the week leading up to the day of the event building the haunt. (I personally took off the whole week before the event to help with set up, and will likely be headed there as soon as Dad is ready to head down).By arriving by noon it lets us get your car parked in a spot away from the main event, as well as lets us get you placed, and gives us time to tweak anything that may need to be adjusted. If you are not sure about being that early, the latest you'd want to arrive is 2, as I think you might end up in the traffic for the event otherwise.
The core usually spooking happens from 2-7, But in the past we have stayed in until we cleared the line. It's generally an 8 room haunt we build in the Activity Center.
-If you have your own costume that's awesome because you're guaranteed a good fit. We do have some for loan but a lot of the sizes are very small-
The event is free, with a parking/car load fee of $5. (will update this if it has changed) They sell food and drink. But kids get to participate in trick or treating, Halloween dance party, and a costume contest as well as go through the haunt. Not sure what they have added to it this year.
