Volunteer Attorney Sign-Up: Veteran & Military Ask-A-Lawyer

Thank you for your commitment to providing access to justice to those in our community! The Veteran & Military Ask-A-Lawyer with the Nevada Attorney General's Office of Military Legal Assistance (OMLA) will provide unrepresented litigants advice regarding veterans benefits, family law, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant issues, probate and estate planning, criminal record sealing, small claims, immigration, consumer law, guardianship, or other topics. As always, we will happily address your questions or concerns prior to, during, or after events!

This registration page is intended only for attorneys who can provide legal advice. Those interested in speaking with an attorney during the Veteran & Military Week Ask-A-Lawyer event can sign up through www.lacsn.org/veteran.

In addition to this in-person event at the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center, we also regularly need attorneys to help pro se litigants over the phone during our Ask-A-Lawyer sessions for small claims, family law, landlord/tenant issues, probate and estates, debt collection, small business matters.
