Volunteer at the COHAP & Partners 2026 Annual Back to School Bash Festival & Community Job Fair
Help Us Serve 3,000 Houston Children & Families!
Join COHAP OUTREACH CORPORATION and our community partners as we host the 2026 Annual Back to School Bash Festival & Community Job Fair, one of Houston's largest free back-to-school community events.
Our mission is to provide backpacks, school supplies, hygiene kits, health and wellness resources, employment opportunities, educational resources, and family support services to 3,000 children and families as they prepare for a successful school year.
This event would not be possible without dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. Whether you can volunteer for one day or both, your time and service will make a meaningful difference.
Volunteer Dates & Times
Volunteer Setup Day
Thursday, August 6, 2026 & Friday, August 7, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM
Volunteers are needed to:
- Assemble backpacks
- Assemble hygiene kits
- Organize school supplies
- Set up tables and event stations
- Prepare vendor and resource areas
- Assist with event setup

Saturday, August 8, 2026
Volunteer Check-In: 9:30 AM
Event Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
