Please arrive on time and stay for the entire shift.
Please follow the below service requirements:
Clothing Donations:
We truly appreciate your willingness to support our guests. If you have gently used clothing items that you would like to donate, we gladly accept them during your shift. Please hand any clothing donations to your Volunteer Coordinator. Your generous contributions will directly benefit those in need within our community. See our donation guidelines here.
Liability Waivers
If you are over 18 years old and serving for the first time, you will sign an electronic waiver when you check in onsite. If you are a minor and serving for the first time, your parent/guardian must complete the Parental Consent Form prior to your shift (attached). Please bring the completed form to your shift.
Cancellations
We plan a meaningful service for each of our volunteers and rely on your help to serve our guests. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your volunteer shift by emailing [email protected].
Dress Code
Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing suitable for an active work environment and close-toed shoes. Volunteers CANNOT wear open-toed shoes, heeled shoes, shorts/skirts/dresses or shirts without sleeves.
Personal Items
While we have lockers on-site, our storage space for personal items is limited. Volunteers should bring only what they need for the day.

By attending this event, you irrevocably consent to and authorize TAP-SF, its successors, assigns and licensees, to recordings of you and to use said photographs and/or recordings for worldwide exploitation, in perpetuity in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever. All such photographs and sound recordings shall be the sole property of TAP-SF and you release TAP-SF, its successors, assigns and licensees, from any and all liability on account of such usage. If you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing, please do not attend this event.

By RSVP'ing to this event, you are agreeing to the following event terms:
1. Maintain safe distancing between other attendees.
2. Refrain from attending if you are sick, and have either tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive (This includes those who are fully vaccinated as well).
3. Comply with all site regulations of the venue where the event is hosted.
4. Release the organizers of the event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you during the event.
