Volunteer at Recyclistas!

As a Recyclistas volunteer, you will assist our team by stripping bikes. Stripping bikes is the process of removing parts from a bike, using the appropriate bike tools provided. This process is a hands-on way to learn about bike mechanics, gain knowledge of bike tools, and learn the quality of parts. The components are then recycled accordingly, upcycled to be sold in the shop, or reused on a future build project.

Once you complete your volunteer shift, you will receive store credit ($5/hr) for used parts.

Days: Fridays

Time: 1:00PM-4:00PM

Capacity: 2 people per shift
