We’re hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Lunch on Saturday, October 25, 12:00–2:00 PM at Revolution Church (Lakeland, FL). If you helped with Ride Out of the Darkness™ in any way—planning, ride line, vendors, media, boots-on-the-ground—you’re invited. Come eat, exhale, celebrate wins, give feedback, and help shape the 2026 vision. RSVP so we plan food. What: Volunteer Appreciation Lunch

We’re five years in because of YOU. You showed up early, stayed late, solved problems, and kept people safe and inspired. This lunch is our chance to say thank you, honor standout moments, and be honest about what worked—and what needs to level up.

Open Floor Feedback: 15-minute lightning round—tell it like it is
Year-Round Crew: Form our standing committee (vendors, volunteers, sponsors, social, logistics, Travel Train, merch, car/jeep/bike showcases, email team, entertainment)
Save-the-Dates: Upcoming rides, partner events, and next year’s rally timeline
Come as you are:
Casual dress. We’ll keep it tight and on time.
Bring:
Your ideas, your honest feedback, and one improvement you want to own next year
Any photos/video you captured that we can archive
Optional: a guest who wants to plug into the mission in 2026
