Voluntary Action Sheffield- 2024 Annual General Meeting

We are delighted to invite you to join Voluntary Action Sheffield for our 2024 AGM.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 20th November from 1pm to 4.00pm at The Circle, Rockingham Lane, Sheffield, S1 4FW

Arrival and registration for the event is from 12:30pm, the Formal VAS AGM will start at 1pm and will be followed with our key note speaker - Councillor Tom Hunt (Leader of Sheffield City Council).

To help us manage numbers, please could you confirm if you plan to attend by Monday 11th November 2024 by registering for a ticket.

When arriving at The Circle

The visitor door to the building is open; it will open automatically or by pushing the ‘push to open’ button.

Please report to the AGM Reception desk, they will be aware you are attending the AGM and a sign in sheet and name badge will be available.

Other Information The conference rooms are located on the Ground Floor and are level access.

The conference space is ventilated with air conditioning.

Hand sanitiser, tissues and antibacterial surface wipes are provided in each room.

Light refreshments will be provided.
