Auckland Central Volleyball Club Presents Indoor Volleyball Training!Start strong with these training sessions! We will review the basic skills involved in indoor volleyball, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the game, and hopefully having some fun while we’re at it!
This series is for teen & adult players ages 16+.
What level?
Beginners-Intermediates: minimal experience with organised volleyball, and/or want to build their confidence or want to start from or expand on the basics
Intermediate-Advanced: confident in most aspects of the game and respectful of a coach's organised trainings
Your session with internationally-trained Coach Alejandro will include a combination of: warm up/physical exercise, drills for passing, setting, serving, attacking; and/or some tactical knowledge of the game itself.
Tickets essential, numbers strictly limited, no walk ups will be accepted. **Ticket link coming ASAP!!**
