Southern California's The Dread Crew of Oddwood brings their one-of-a-kind brand of "Heavy Mahogany" to Chapel of Bones. Armed exclusively with acoustic instruments, the band fuses the intensity of heavy metal with Celtic folk, pirate lore, and thunderous percussion, delivering an unforgettable live show packed with singalongs, mosh pits, drinking anthems, and tales of high-seas misadventure. Having shared stages with Alestorm, Týr, Trollfest, and Æther Realm, and recently celebrating the release of their fifth album, Rust & Glory, they've become one of the most unique acts in the modern folk metal scene.
Opening the night is North Carolina's Broadslab, bringing a heavy dose of Southern stoner metal, swampy blues, and doom-laden groove. Their unmistakable blend of crushing riffs and soulful Southern grit makes them the perfect counterpart for a night of pirates, pints, and pure heavy music.
