The event partner, the Baltimore Collaborative is composed of The Baltimore Banner, Maryland Public Television, WEAA radio, WYPR radio, Morgan State University and the Baltimore Beat in partnership with Wide Angle Media.

The event will be held in the Ruth E Sheffey lecture hall. The hall is located on the 1st floor of the School of Global Journalism and Communications at Morgan State University.
