Join Us for Voices of Open Adoption!
This free educational event, presented by the Louisiana Adoption Advisory Board (LAAB) is open to all.
We'll present a short documentary, "I'll See You Later," which tells real-life open adoption stories shared by families, followed by a discussion. In open adoption, the birth mother or birth father is a welcome part of the child's life while they are raised by their adoptive parents.
CEUs are available for social work professionals. There is a $10 fee for the CEU certificate.
November is National Adoption Month. Join us as we explore and learn about all aspects of the adoption experience.
