Please join us on Thursday or Friday March 27 & 28th at 8pm as we present Jesus Christ Superstar at the North Shore Music Theatre to benefit the Mass General Cancer Center.**The silent auction begins at 7pm prior to each performance.
This iconic 1970’s rock opera, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, tells the powerful story of the final weeks in the life of Jesus Christ, as seen through the eyes of his disciples and those closest to him. Wowing audiences around the world for more than 50 years, this unforgettable theatrical experience is filled with powerful music, compelling performances, and timeless themes of love, loyalty, power and betrayal, and includes such well-known numbers as “Superstar,” “I Don’t Know How to Love Him” and “Gethsemane.” Whether you are a long-time fan of the musical or new to its story, this production promises to captivate and inspire.
Voices of Hope is a not-for-profit community of artists who raise funds for cancer research thru theatrical performance, Now in its 16th season, Voices of Hope has donated more than one million dollars to local cancer research, contributing to the ever-growing source of treatment options that continue to give hope to their vision of a cancer free world.
