This workshop is a compassionate, safe space designed for women to openly share and release suppressed emotions related to any form of emotional or physical abuse or personal struggles.
Here, every participant is invited to express what they’ve been holding inside, knowing they’re in a circle of support and understanding.
As part of the healing process, we'll engage in simple yet powerful exercises—like a moment of letting go through collective screaming, followed by jumping and dancing—to help release tension and transform that energy into strength and joy.

About the facilitator:
Since 2010, Raana Raines has immersed herself in the healing arts as a Reiki master, Theta healer, Pranic healer, and sound bowl practitioner.
Over the years, she has guided countless meditations and supported individuals on their journeys toward inner peace and balance. Her extensive experience is at the heart of every healing circle she leads.
