Voicebath for Powerful Release

Come join us for a very special Voicebath under the waning moon, on Sunday the 16th of November at 2:30pm at ZenW2 Collective in Willesden. This is the perfect time for a sound healing practice that focuses on releasing what does not serve you anymore, rebalancing you and gently grounding you. As the moon dispappears from the night sky, so will all our worries, problems and thoughts that weight us down. Cleanse your body and mind from the clutter of these past months, and join us for a sonic journey that will leave you feeling light and recharged.

Get ready for beautiful ethereal sounds, angelic vocals, crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, drones, portable gong plates, vocal sound scapes, loopers, mantra chanting, breathwork, guided meditation and so much more!

Athena Sofianou is a qualified sound healing practitioner by the College of Sound Healing, as well as a professional singer and musician.

Please note, all ages are welcome but under 18s do need a guardian with them to attend.

If you are currently pregnant, please do message the organiser before you book.

The venue is wheelchair accessible but the bathroom facilities aren't, so please do keep that in mind before booking.

Mats, bolster pillows and blankets are all provided by the venue.
