One in three working people rely on their voice professionally. Voice Works gives you the practical techniques to make yours clearer, stronger and more resilient.
Over one full day, you’ll draw on approaches including the Alexander Technique, the Feldenkrais Method, Body Mapping and Accent Method Breathing. Through them, you’ll discover how posture, breath, resonance and articulation work together. You’ll leave with warm-ups and voice care strategies you can put into practice straight away.
“Christina is very professional, interested, empathic and prepared… What a privilege being in her class.”: past participant
