Amy Hartsough (Director of Music) is offering a voice and breath-work retreat on Saturday, Sept 27, from 10am-12:30pm. The retreat will be held at Earthsong, located at 2214 Kennedy Rd, Janesville.
During the retreat, Amy will share various breathing and vocal techniques, warm ups, and both audio and visual resources. She will also offer meditation time during the retreat, where people can walk the labyrinth on the property, or sit quietly. The group will learn an easy choral song to sing together at the end.
After the retreat, Amy welcomes a chance for everyone to have lunch as a group! The retreat cost is FREE, just pay your own way at lunch. Hope to see you there! Space is limited to 20 people.
