Come celebrate an evening of singing with vocal students.

· Please arrive on time as the event will begin promptly.

· There is limited parking at the Main Entrance and attendees are strongly discouraged from parking illegally on the residential streets. Please click here for our parking guide.

· Please ensure you wear your parent or staff lanyard.

· All adults who are not staff members or not current parents must register before entering campus. Please allow up to 15 minutes if registering on-site. While on campus, all visitors must wear a lanyard issued by the Events or Security Team and present their badge to the security guard for scanning.

· By registering for and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that you attend the event entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your own safety and supervision at the event and that of all family members, guests or other persons whom you register or attend with, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release Tanglin Trust School Ltd, its governors and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any person attending with you in connection with the event. Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

· Use of Personal Data: You consent that the personal data that you provide to us, including your name, email address, contact information, identity information, vehicle number and payment information, will be used by Tanglin Trust School to make arrangements for you to participate in the above mentioned event, attending to your queries and comments, facilitating payment for the event (if any), getting event feedback and providing any follow up information on preparation needed ahead of the session (if any) and providing the materials presented during the event (if any), and will be stored according to the school’s data protection policy.

· Consent for Photography and Videography: Photographs and videos may be taken by the School during this event. The School may use the photos and videos for its purposes such as maintaining security, recording the event for publicity and marketing, training, or inclusion in newsletters, social media, and reports.

· By continuing to attend this event, you are deemed to consent that your image may be captured, collected, and used as mentioned without payment or compensation. If you have objections, however, please contact [email protected].
