VFW Post 755 will be holding a Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition for high school students and a Patriot’s Pen Scholarship for Junior High students Entry is also available to homeschoolers. The deadline to our post level is Oct 31, 2024. The Voice of Democracy theme for 2024-25 asks high school students to reflect on The 2024-25 theme is:
"Is America Today Our Forefathers' Vision?"
The audio-essay competition is open to all students in grades 9-12, with the national top prize being a $30,000 scholarship award. Entry form, written transcript and audio entries (jump drives will be returned) can be dropped off at the post by the deadline above. More information online at https://www.vfw.org/VOD
