About this Event
The workshop is aimed at artists, performers, and anyone interested in actively and consciously exploring movement.
It is an intensive workshop that proposes, 8 hours to consciously approach physical training in search of an active and dynamic body. This allows us to explore different phases and possibilities of movement, expanding our limits and updating our bodily registers to the present state.
In this way, we develop physical-spatial tools applicable to both stage work and everyday life.
This event will also connect you with like-minded people and will be a great networking opportunity - A light lunch will be provided!
It is not an acrobatics or dance workshop.
No skill or prior experience is required.
Take One Studio Certificate of Completion will be given.
