Med afsÊt i basale vejrtrÊknings og kropsÞvelser, vil du blive guidet i hvordan du kan åbne op for din naturlige stemme, og bruge den til gavn for både dig selv og andre.
At få kontakt med vores naturlige stemme er enorm nydelsesfuldt, og virker samtidig vitaliserende og regenererende for vores krop, sind og sjÊl. At mÞdes i resonans med andres naturlige stemmer, er derudover også enormt enhedsskabende for et fÊllesskab.
Kombineret med den rigtige intention, kan stemmen fungere som en bro for hÞjfrekvent energi til at komme ind der hvor der er behov for healing. Jeg hÞrer tit folk sige, at mens de synger og bruger deres stemme, får de en fÞlelse af at få et lys brusebad, og på det energetiske plan er det faktisk det der sker.
Energi fÞlger intention, og vi arbejder med formlen intention + stemme = healing. Ved at bruge vores stemme i kombination med den rette intention, kan healingen opstå.
Dette kursus er for alle stemmer, både Þvede og uÞvede. Det handler slet ikke om at have en "perfekt" stemme i traditionel forstand, men om viljen til at åbne op for din sande stemme, til gavn for både dig selv og andre. Hver stemme er unik, og har derfor en sÊrlig kvalitet og evne som ingen andre har, uanset om man er Þvet eller ej. Vi vil både arbejde individuelt og på gruppeniveau.
Når vi begynder at åbne op for stemmen, åbner vi samtidig også op for vores sande jeg, og de lag i os selv der har vÊret lukket ned. Dette kan vÊre både en sårbar og samtidig enormt livsbekrÊftende process, da vi via stemmen begynder at aktivere en masser af indtil videre ubrugt potentiale i os selv.
Jeg lÊgger stort vÊgt på at skabe et rum hvor alle deltager kan fÞle sig tryg, og at det hele foregår i det tempo som den enkelte har det godt med.

Min store passion er at facilitere rum, hvor vi kommer tÊttere på vores sandhed og enhedsfÞlelse igennem sang, stemme og musik.
Jeg er certificeret vokal lydterapeut fra Githa Ben Davids internationale uddannelse i vokal lydterapi. De seneste fem år har jeg arbejdet intensivt med at skabe sang og stemme fÊllesskaber ved at facilitere ugentlige sangceremonier, gruppesessioner med vokal lydhealing og afholdt weekendworkshops og retreats i Norge, Sverige, Danmark og Schweiz.
Jeg tilbyder også individuelle sessioner i vokal lydhealing, sang, sangskrivning og guitar.
Med over 30 års erfaring som sangskriver, guitarist og underviser, optrÊder jeg med min egen musik både solo og i forskellige musikalske konstellationer, som den musikalske healings duo Mamas of Pearl og Love Your Way. Jeg har også flere udgivelser af egen musik.
Jeg er uddannet skuespiller, energiterapeut og har en bachelor i engelsk samt en en cand.mag. i Teater- og Performancestudier, hvilket samlet danner det faglige fundament for mine workshops og ceremonier.

You are hereby invited to a weekend workshop about vocal sound healing.
This workshop offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in both your own and other people's voices. Starting out with basic breathing and body exercises, you will be guided into how you can open up to your natural voice and use it as a healing modality for both yourself and others. Getting in touch with our natural voice is enormously enjoyable, and at the same time very vitalizing and regenerating for our body, mind and soul. Meeting in interaction with other people's natural voices is also enormously unifying.
Combined with the right intention, the voice can act as a bridge for high-frequent energy to enter where healing is needed. I often hear people say that while they are singing and using their voice, they feel like they are being showered with light, and on an energetic level, that is actually what is happening.
Energy follows intention, and we work with the formula; intention + voice = healing. By using our voice in combination with the right intention, healing can happen.
This workshop is for all voices, both trained and untrained. It is not at all about having a "perfect" voice in the traditional sense, but about the willingness to open up to your true natural voice, for the benefit of yourself and others. Each voice is unique, and therefore has a special quality and ability that no one else has, regardless of whether your voice is trained or not.
We will work both individually and at group level.
As we begin to get in touch with our natural voice, we also open up to our true selves and the layers of ourselves that have been closed down. This can be both a vulnerable and at the same time enormously life-affirming process, as we begin to activate a lot of hitherto unused potential in ourselves via the voice.
I attach great importance to creating a space where all participants can feel safe, and that it all takes place at a pace that everyone is comfortable with.

My passion is to facilitate spaces where we come closer to our truth and unity through singing, voice, and music.
I am a certified vocal sound therapist from Githa Ben David's International Education in Vocal Sound Therapy. For the past three years, I have worked intensively on creating communities by facilitating weekly singing ceremonies, group vocal sound healing sessions, and retreats and weekend workshops in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. I also offer individual sessions in vocal sound healing, singing, and guitar.
With more than 30 years of experience as a songwriter, guitarist, and teacher, I perform my own music both solo and in various musical constellations such as the healing duo Mamas of Pearl and Love Your Way. I also have several music releases of my own.
I am trained as an actor, voice coach, energy therapist, and hold a bachelor's degree in English as well as a master's degree in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Copenhagen.
