Facilitator : Sylvia Rands (BA) has thirty years experience in facilitating personal transformation through sound and voice .
Sylvia studied voice with Kristin Linklater- USA, Frankie Armstrong & Globe theatre-UK, Roy Hart & Phillipe Gaulier-France. in 1997 she completed Healing with Sound training with the Lichtenberg Institute, Germany, a wide-ranging study in vocal anatomy and metaphysics. Her voice training system , Four Elements Voice has assisted hundreds of people in anchoring their authentic vision.
Her unique healing modality, Sound Therapy, has been influenced by ThetaHealing technique -Australia, Hakomi therapy-USA , Reiki-NZ, the Emotion Code-USA. Ongoing work with the Krystal Academy Canada keeps her work current and effective. She has worked as vocal teacher, sound healer, celebrant , actor and director in New Zealand and Australia; on stage, film, in tertiary arts training and alternative health communities for over 30 years.
Sylvia is an intuitive channel who works with the unique energies of each group/ client . She also offers 1:1 vocal coaching , counselling and channelled readings. Sylvia runs her private practice in Warkworth & Auckland , also offering voice courses and healing online to groups and individuals.
