Cocktail Class

This class will focus on the world's most popular and widely used spirit, Vodka! We will feature one modern classic cocktail by showing guests how to make a Cosmopolitan. We have also come up with a savory cocktail that we're calling the Sick Day Martini, which features, grilled cheese fat-washed vodka, tomato water, and basil infused ice cubes. This drink will evoke memories of childhood sick days spent at home with grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Guests will learn all the techniques involved in creating this drink such as fat-washing the vodka, extracting tomato water, and creating infused ice cubes. We will also discuss the history of vodka, it's evolution over time, and the wide variety of cocktails that can be made using this incredibly versatile spirit.

In addition to the two cocktails each guest will make and the expert instruction, all attendees will also be served four perfectly paired tasting portions from the kitchen.
