Join us next Saturday for our moonthly Vocalising and Drum Circle, around the time of the Full moon. Gather with us as we open space for Soulful expression through the primal power of our Vocal chords and the Rhythmical beating of Shamanic Medicine Drums.
Calling in authentic expression, heart connection and musical co-creation at Let It Be, Liverpool, L8 6SE.
We invite you to join in with Vocalising, Drumming and playing instruments in the space. Bring your medicine drums, djembes, cahons, didgeridoos, rattles, shakers, and other percussion. There's no pressure to join in, sing or bring instruments, you are welcome to simply rest and receive the musical vibrations if you wish.
What to expect:
We will start by welcoming you into the space, allowing time to get settled, there will be optional aromatherapy cleansing and Oracle cards to choose.
We will sit in circle together, and open the space with a guided meditation and intention setting. We will begin some toning, and vocalising together, gently activating our heart and throat chakras before opening the space for the drum circle to commence. After drumming, we can jam together, a co-creation with different sounds. At the end we will close the space with some gentle grounding exercises.
Organic herbal teas, cacao and various refreshments will be available to purchase upon arrival and at the end.
