About this Event
This workshop is for anyone who wants to connect more deeply with their voice, explore its colors and textures, and rediscover the joy of sound.
No singing experience needed — just curiosity and openness.🌼 What to Expect
🧊 Pre 1 – Icebreaker
A gentle introduction so we can all feel comfortable in each other’s presence.
1️⃣ Body & Voice Warm-Up
We’ll awaken our body’s natural resonators, from the soles of our feet to the crown of our head, through soft movements and gentle sounds.
2️⃣ Voice Discovery
Using imagination, play, and simple exercises drawn from my experience across many vocal traditions, we’ll enter the kingdom of sound.
You’ll explore the range, resonance, and colors of your voice in new and surprising ways.
3️⃣ Connecting Through Voice
We’ll take our discoveries further by connecting and creating sound together in small groups.
You’ll experience how our individual voices can blend and harmonize with others.

🎤 About Ola
I’ve always loved creating music and singing — it’s how I connect to something larger than myself.
At 20, I lost my voice completely. It was a turning point that led me to consciously rediscover and nurture it. I began under medical supervision, and later joyfully explored diverse singing styles: opera, jazz, folk, choir, and throat singing.
I hold a Master’s in Music from Newcastle University and a Master’s in Linguistics from Warsaw University.
My research at Newcastle focused on the impact of singing circles on wellbeing, and I’m deeply inspired by the work of Frankie Armstrong.
I’m also passionate about Jungian psychology and a graduate of a school of dream analysis.
My favorite sound is the silence between birdsong, and I love traveling the world, listening to its many voices.
