Through steady, structured, and compassionate facilitation, you will identify, explore, and harness your confidence in expressing your irritation, frustration, and even anger through our Vocal Rage PlayShop for female identifying folks.
Plan to gather for 2 hours on two (2) consecutive Sundays with attentive, attuned, and courageous facilitation and support.
Learn more how to feel, sense and compassionately embody your voice through
• body awareness
• playful exercises
• gentle movement
• feeling your own voice through sound grounding
• expert holistic vocal embodiment guidance, integration, and sharing
You will have the support you need through:
• expert group co facilitation by Carrie Hennessey and Ellen Garavatti to encourage deeper confidence and connection to self and others
• tools and practices to take these skills with you in the world.
