Join me in the Sonic Sandbox. A 4 week course to liberate your voice, activate your light language and breathe, tone and transmute the energy of Visshuda, your creative portal, your throat Chakra! Each week we will explore playful practices, access new vibrations through sound within our 'somas' and experience transformational breath journeys to ignite, reclaim and restore the power of our voices that we may offer our full embodied expression, in joyful service to our planet and all of her inhabitants.
