All runners/walkers/drag yourself up mount vernon with your head between yours kneesers are welcome to join!
⏰ Meeting at 6pm on Monday 10th March at the start of the bowenvale track (bottom of the hill) for a 6.15 race start so dont be late!
Alastair McDowell has the official mens the course record of 49.08 and Kate Morrison has the female CR of 55.20 ?Go figure, these two eh!
