Cherry Reserve — Bourbon Barrel (15 months)
Cherry mead rested first in stainless for polish 3 months, then spent (12 months) finishing in authentic Milam & Greene bourbon barrels. Expect dark cherry, vanilla, cocoa, and a long, warming finish.

American Charred — Virgin Oak (9 months)
Our dry traditional mead, patiently matured in new American oak for 6 months and before that for 3 months in stainless, revealing wildflower honey, toasted spice, and a clean, structured finish built for slow sipping.

Why this matters:
It’s the first Reserve series in VKM history.
Named-barrel provenance and long maturation, rare in mead.
Crafted in Texas, designed to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with premium bottles on any back bar or cellar shelf.
Event Details: Join us for the Reserve Release and Bottle Party on Dec 6th at 2:30PM-5PM. You can arrive anytime during the window and of course, plenty of mead to drink! The Event is Free to enter and ensure to carpool! Regular Mead will be on discount as well!
