Join Rose Hayes-Dineen (heartalchemyhealing.com), a Certified Breathwork Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist, for a nourishing and transformative drop-in Vivation Breathwork session.In this session, we'll explore the art of playing with the breath to enhance our ability to sense and integrate our feelings. This practice cultivates a deeper connection with the present moment, unveiling the inherent nourishment and joy already within us. Unlike approaches focused on regulation, release, cleansing, or change, Vivation is a process of remembering and revealing our innate wholeness.
The ultimate aim of Vivation is to empower you with the skill to apply it autonomously at any time and in any place. However, even in a short drop-in session, you can experience integration and healing. Experiencing Vivation firsthand is a significant step toward mastering this transformative skill.

YOU'LL GET: A basic intro to the theory of Vivation Breathwork and a fully guided, lying-down breathwork session in a safe and supportive group environment
Health Considerations: Vivation may bring up strong emotions and unusual physical sensations, and though it is generally a very gentle and safe practice, may affect blood pressure, heart rate, and brain waves.
