Explore best practices for supporting residents who experience unsafe wandering, elopement, frustration, disorientation, hallucinations, or reduced awareness of hazards. Learn how factors such as boredom, fear, overstimulation, fatigue, pain, dementia, Medic*tion interactions, and illness may contribute to these behaviors.
